Food
I love food. Like, really love food. I’ve flown to Singapore after being awake for 48 hours and dragged myself to a street food market to get my eat on. But here’s the thing. When you’re plotting for world domination or just domination over your calendar, and you throw in a full-time day job and maybe an infant, things get a little tricky in the cooking department. Fortunately my chef of a dad and I have created a plethora of delicious, easy, and seriously healthy meals. Now when most people say easy, they don’t mean it. I mean EASY prep, EASY cook, and EASY clean up. Many of these are one-pot, which I call “Granddaddy’s one-pot” since my parents only bought one pot when they’ve moved down here and have been making fabulous meals ever since. (You can buy the pot for under $30 on Amazon here).
The key to a productive day, happy life, financial freedom and possibly even world domination may lie in what you're eating for breakfast. And even though it's the most important meal of the day, the most important part about breakfast is making it not important.
